Introduction:
A culture is something that defines an individual, an organization or a nation at large. It consists of how day to day matters are being done, how relationships are being maintained, what values and beliefs are being looked up to et cetera. When entering into the global arena, businesses need to take into careful consideration as to what cultural differences exists among employees and other parties that would be working hand in hand. Taking necessary and timely actions in handling such differences are of vital importance, the failure of which would lead to sometimes non-repairable, serious consequences.
