TESTING SEMICONDUCTOR DIODES An ohmmeter has a low-voltage potential place at its leads when measuring resistance. One lead is positive (usually red in color) and the other lead is negative (usually black in color). When positive lead is placed on the anode of a diode and the negative lead on the cathode, this forward resistance (Rf) should be low, since the diode is forward biased. When the leads are reversed resistance (Rr) should be high, since the diode is reverse biased.
If V1=26V ,v2=12V, R1=4.9k ohms , R2 =8.2k ohms, R3 = 1.4k ohms, and all diodes are silicon for the circuit below, the output voltage Vo is equal to ____ V.
Operating voltage of led diod is 2,2VOperating current of led diod is 30mA
Vs = 12Vif two of the same diode were connected in parallel. What would R1 would be?
