Chapter 42, Problem 4FIB
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Sperm is the male reproductive cells produced by seminiferous tubules of the testes. A human sperm has likely three parts, head, mid-piece, and tail. The head part contains a nucleus or a sac of enzyme that coveres the nucleus, called acrosome. Mid-piece contain the mitochondria, which provide the energy for the movement of tail. The end part of the sperm is a tail, the whip-like movements of the tail propel the sperm through female reproductive tract.
