Chapter 4.6, Problem 3MQ
Summary Introduction

The replisome is known as the aggregation of the large protein complex, which involved in DNA replication. Mainly the replisome is involved in the bidirectional circular DNA synthesis in bacterial or archaeal chromosomes. It contains a set of DNA polymerases, DNA gyrase, DNA helicase, DNA primase, and several copies of single-stranded DNA binding proteins. This protein complex facilitates DNA replication.
