Chapter 53, Problem 3TY
Summary Introduction
Introduction: Hemorrhage is the loss of blood due to the damage or rupturing of the blood vessels. The blood volume after hemorrhage is reduced and extracellular fluid rushes inside the ventricular capillary to make up the volume. Hematocrit gives information about the packed cell volume and extent of the blood loss.
