Question
Chapter 5.7, Problem 31ATS
Interpretation Introduction
Interpretation: The enantiomers should be draw for the given molecule by using its structure.
Concept Introduction:
Chiral: Chiral molecules contain at least one carbon atom with four non-identical substitutions (or) groups. This type of molecule is called a chiral center.
Enantiomers: The chiral molecules that are mirror images of one another. The molecules are non-superimposable on one another. This means that the molecules cannot be placed on top of one another and give the same molecules. Further the chiral molecule with one or more stereo centers can be enantiomers.
To identify: The given molecule enantiomers should be identified.
