The following is an old word puzzle: “Name a common word, besides tremendous, stupendous and horrendous, that ends in dous.” If you think about this for a while, it will probably come to you. However, we can also solve this puzzle by reading a text file of English words and outputting the word if it contains “dous” at the end. The text file “words.txt” contains 87, 314 English words, including the word that completes the puzzle. This file is available online with the source code for the book. Write a

- Write a program that first reads in the name of an input file and then reads the file using the csv.reader() method. The file contains a list of words separated by commas. Your program should output the words and their frequencies (the number of times each word appears in the file) without any duplicates. Ex: If the input is: input1.csv and the contents of input1.csv are: hello,cat,man,hey,dog,boy,Hello,man,cat,woman,dog,Cat,hey,boyarrow_forwardWrite a program that first reads in the name of an input file and then reads the file using the csv.reader() method. - Write a program that reads student information from a text file, then creates a text file that records the course grades of the students and a final grade. Each row of the .txt file contains the Last Name, First Name, Midterm1 score, Midterm2 score, and the Final score of a student, each separated by a space. A sample of the student information is provided in StudentInfo.txt below. Assume the number of students is at least 1 and at most 20. The program performs the following tasks: • Read the file name of the .txt file from the user. • Open the .txt file and read the student information using readline() or readlines(). • Compute the average exam score of each student. • Assign a letter grade to each student based on the average exam score in the following scale: ◦ A: 90 =< x ◦ B: 80 =< x < 90 ◦ C: 70 =< x < 80 ◦ D: 60 =< x < 70 ◦ F: x < 60 • Output the first names, last names, exam scores, and letter…arrow_forwardfrom Big Java 6th. Edition. Ch.11 P11.12: the capacitor is represented by the equation v(t) = B(1 - e-t/(RC)) Suppose the parameters of the electric circuit are B = 12 volts, R = 500 Ω, and C = 0.25 μF. Consequently v(t) = 12(1 – e-0.008t) where t has units of μs. Read a file params.txt containing the values for B, R, C, and the starting and ending values for t. Write a file rc.txt of values for the time t and the corresponding capacitor voltage v(t), where t goes from the given starting value to the given ending value in 100 steps. In our example, if t goes from 0 to 1000 μs, the twelfth entry in the output file would be: 110.00 7.02261 Make sure that your program catches the FileNotFoundException that can occur if your input file params.txt cannot be found. Your program should catch this exception, and then prompt the user for a file name again until a valid file is entered. How would one construct such a program with the following conditions: 1. Ask the user to choose a Klingon consonant they want to practice with. Ask again if the user’s answer is not a valid Klingon consonant, until the user enters a valid consonant. 2. Find a Klingon word that starts with the chosen consonant (the text file contains only one word that starts with any given consonant, so you don’t need to use the random library) 3. Ask the user to translate the chosen word into Klingon 4. Print "Correct" if the user’s answer is correct 5. Print "Sorry, you’re wrong!" if the user’s answer is wrong 6. Print The correct answer is ... if all three user’s answers are wrong You will also factor in this version: 7. If the answer is incorrect, show the first hint: the first and last characters of the correct Klingon word. When showing a hint, replace all other characters with a star (*) 8. If the…arrow_forward

The input file contains an unsorted list of number of seasons followed by the corresponding TV show.
