Concept Introduction:
The person (T) is working as an RN (registered nurse) in the intensive care unit at a large medical center. She gained 30 lbs in last three years and quit attending the classes for fitness at the local recreation center. The co-workers are trying to get the person (T) to come back to fitness class but she is extremely tired after work and she says that just wants to go home. The person (T) is smoked for 15 years and now she is trying to cut back the number of cigarettes every day because her mother is die from emphysema. The person (T) is picked up some literature from Employee Health on smoking cessation and currently, she is diagnosed with hypertension.
