Interpretation:
Complete the following table with the formula and name of the compound that forms between each pair of ions.
Concept Introduction:
Polyatomic ions are created when a number of atoms come to together to form a group, and then that group has either a positive or a negative charge, which means that it can be either a cation or an anion. The ionic compound is formed when the cation and anion come together. To name the ionic compound first we name the cation that is name of the element followed by name of the anion.
