- Check whether the year is not divisible by "4",
- If it is true, print a message as not leap year.
- Otherwise, check whether the year is divisible by "100",
- If it is true, check whether the year is divisible by "400",
- If it is true, print leap year.
- Otherwise, print not leap year.
- Otherwise, print leap year.
- If it is true, check whether the year is divisible by "400",

- Define the function “main()”,
- Get the year from the user.
- Call the function “isLeapYear()”.
- Call the function “main()”.

Three numbersa. Write a program that reads three numbers and prints “all the same” if they are allthe same, “all different” if they are all different, and “neither” otherwise.b. Write a program that reads three numbers and prints “increasing” if they are inincreasing order, “decreasing” if they are in decreasing order, and “neither”otherwise. Here, “increasing” means “strictly increasing”, with each value largerthan its predecessor. The sequence 3 4 4 would not be considered increasing.c. Repeat part b. but before reading the numbers, ask the user whetherincreasing/decreasing should be “strict” or “lenient”. In lenient mode, thesequence 3 4 4 is increasing and the sequence 4 4 4 is both increasing anddecreasing
Write a program that reads non-negative integer number and determines whether it is odd or even or prime?
Airline companies apply baggage restrictions for their passengers. An
airline company has decided to apply a 10kg limitation for
passengers' hand luggage and 20kg for their normal baggage. When
passengers arrive, they enter their hand and normal luggage weight
from the keyboard. If passengers exceed their normal baggage
allowance of 10 dollars per gram, they pay 12 dollars per kg.
Accordingly, write the program that calculates the baggage price of
the airline they will go to according to the baggage values entered by
the arriving passenger and keeps this from closing the program for
each passenger. Note: If hand and normal baggage allowances are
stretched below the maximum value, the payment amount will be
considered not negative. An example printout is given on the right.

- MATLAB The Mach number is a critical quantity in aerodynamics. It is the ratio of the speed of an object (e.g., an aircraft) to the speed of sound. If the Mach number is less than 1, the flow is subsonic; if the Mach number is between (0.8-1.2), the flow is transonic; if the Mach number is equal to 1, the flow is sonic; if the Mach number is between (1.2 and 5), the flow is supersonic; if the Mach number is greater than 5, the flow is hypersonic. Write a script that will prompt the user for the speed of an aircraft and the speed of sound at the aircraft's current altitude and will print whether the condition is subsonic, transonic, sonic, supersonic or hypersonic.arrow_forwardLeap Year: The earth doesn't take exactly 365 days to revolve around the sun and because of this we have leap years roughly every 4 years to make up the difference. The exact rule is: • Years divisible by 4 are leap years • except if they are also divisible by 100 and then they are not leap years (so 1900 was not a leap year), • unless they are also divisible by 400 and then they ARE leap years (so 2000 was a leap year). Part 1) Write a function in Python that takes as input a number, the year, and determines if it is a leap year or not. The function should return True if it is a leap year and False otherwise. Part 2) Write a main function to test out your leap year function on a few different illustrative inputs.arrow_forwardTransient PopulationPopulations are affected by the birth and death rate, as well as the number of people who move in and out each year. The birth rate is the percentage increase of the population due to births and the death rate is the percentage decrease of the population due to deaths. The program should ask for the following data: The starting size of a population P The annual birth rate (as a percentage of the population expressed as a fraction in decimal form)B The annual death rate (as a percentage of the population expressed as a fraction in decimal form)D The average annual number of people who have arrived A The average annual number of people who have moved away M The number of years to display nYears Write a function that calculates the size of the population after a year. But it is not the only case. A year is a leap year if − It is evenly divisible by 100 If it is divisible by 100, then it should also be divisible by 400 Except this, all other years evenly divisible by 4 are leap years. So the leap year algorithm is, given the year number Y, Check if Y is divisible by 4 but not 100, DISPLAY "leap year" Check if Y is divisible by 400, DISPLAY "leap year" Otherwise, DISPLAY "not leap year" For this program you have to take the input, that is the year number from an input file input.txt that is provided to you. The input file contains multiple input year numbers. Use a while loop to input the year numbers from the input file one at a time and check if that year is a leap year or not. The equation is:V = nRT / PSince we only have used integer arithmetic, all numbers will be integer values with nodecimal points. The constant R is 8.314 and will be specified as (8314/1000). This givesthe same result. Implement the idea gas law program where the user is prompted for andenters values for n, T, and P, and V is calculated and printed out. Be careful toimplement an accurate version of this program. Your program should include a properand useful prompt for input, and print the results in a meaningful mannerarrow_forward
