Introduction:
Bones are calcified, living, connective tissue, which constitute major part of the skeletal system. Intracellular matrix of the bone contains collagen fiber with functions like supportive structure, protection, reservoir, act as a lever and act as a container. There are different classifications of bones, according to their shapes called long bone, short bone, and flat bone, irregular and sesamoid bones. Longer bones are elongated bone consist of shaft with two ends primarily constructed compact bone and spongy bones. All bones of the limbs except the patella, wrist and ankle are long bones.
