Lens is a crystal-like structure that is biconcave and flexible. Light enters through the retina on the lens. It is held upright by the cilliary zonule (suspensory ligament) that is attached to the cilliary body. Retina is the thin tissue layer that lined the eye from the back. Retina receive the light and sent it to the lens.
