Summary Introduction

Introduction:

Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P) is an intermediate that is formed in the Calvin cycle. The molecule of RuBP forms 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PG) which are then converted into 1,3 bisphosphoglycerate (1,3-BPG). This molecule is eventually transformed into glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate.
