  • Shopping Products: These products are purchased less as often as possible by buyers. Buyers more often than not think about traits of shopping items. Example: quality, cost, and style between different items. Example: Air tickets, electronic gadgets.
  • Convenience products: These products are purchased the most as often as possible by buyers. They are purchased promptly and without extraordinary correlation between different alternatives. Example: Convenience products such as pens, sugar.
  • Unsought products: These products are items that customers do not typically purchase or would not think about purchasing under ordinary conditions. Purchasers of unsought items regularly do not consider these items until they need them. Example: Funeral services, diamond ornaments.
  • Speciality products: These products are items with exceptional attributes or brand identification. Consumers of such items are eager to apply extraordinary exertion to buy speciality items. Example: A buyers of a luxury car would need to spend significant exertion sourcing the car.
