Interpretation:

The reason for not having dipole moments of all molecules with polar covalent bond.

Concept introduction:

Dipole moments happen after the partition of charge. Dipole moments can happen within ionic bond of two ions or withinthe covalent bond of atoms; dipole moments start from variances in electronegativity. The dipole moment will be higher if there will be differences in electronegativity. The distance amid the charge separation is also a choosing factor into the size of the dipole moment. The dipole moment is an evaluation of the polarity of the molecule.
