EDTA was used as photophosphorylation uncoupler/inhibitor of ATP synthesis. What is EDTA and what is its mode of uncoupling? What is its mode of uncoupling in cholorplast?
I know EDTA is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and is a chelating agent. I do not understand how to answer the question on its mode of uncoupling.
