Rules of Multiplication/ Division:
- The product/quotient of two similar sign numbers is always positive.
- The product/quotient of two numbers with opposite signs is always negative.
In order to find an equation
Let m be the costs for one month to be the same
Since for plan A $10 is monthly fee and $0.15 is cost per message as shown below,
For plan B $20 is monthly fee and $0.05 is cost per message as shown below
