Summary Introduction
The viral genome replication is started after the entry of viral DNA into the host cell. Viral replication needs enzymes and proteins for their replication. This enzyme and proteins are synthesized inside the virus and enter the host cell along with the viral genome. The T4 bacteriophage needs eight proteins such as helicases and primases and DNA polymerases.
