Some of the ways of SM is changing today are as follows:

  • SM is helping the user in better respond to disasters.
  • SM is helping the user challenge some of the world’s greatest challenges, from human rights destructions to climate change.
  • SM is changing how the users govern and are governed.

Management means to organize, plan, and control, how an organization accomplish any of these functions to the employees. An organization will know that social media is the life of most of the employees in an organization, but an organization want to control the usage of SM among employees in a work place.
