All management decisions consider quantitative information (factors which can be measured in numerical terms such as cost implication and change in profitability) and qualitative information (those that are difficult to measure in numerical terms such as satisfaction, business relationships, and morale). If you are given a task to weight factors for decision making, how much of 100% will you allocate to quantitative information and to qualitative information? Give a sample decision and the factors/criteria which should be considered.
Identify a decision that can impact one person or multiple people. It may be something experienced as a leader of a team or group, or it may be something from family or personal life. Write a response that answers the three questions below.

Managers are constantly making decisions and those decisions have significant implications for employees, the organization, and its stakeholders. Many times these decisions must be made without having complete information. If you were a manager, what strategy would you use to provide assurance that the action you take has minimal impact on people and the organization?
