Introduction:
Coalition is when individuals, parties, members or factions get into groups temporarily/ working together temporarily to achieve a common goal. Therefore, when there are many coalitions in an organization this means there are number of groups within an organization therefore the advantages and disadvantages will be discussed in future. An example of a coalition in business includes: the trade union is a type of coalition which was formed order to represent employees' wages, benefits, and working conditions. Constructive discussion is a comment or a conclusion that's positive and useful to an organization. Dissension is a disagreement that leads to discord.
