Introduction: The most important pathway for information to flow back and forth between the brain and other parts of the body is the role of the spinal cord. The spinal cord consists of many neural networks which help in locomotion. If any damage occurs to the spinal cord, there will be loss of sensation from the muscles and skin as well as there will be an inability to control muscles voluntarily.
