  • Define the method “formatTo()”,
    • Create an “Appendable” interface.
    • Declare and initialize the string variable.
    • Execute loop,
      • Concatenate the sting.
    • Execute “try” statement,
      • Call the method “append()”.
    • Execute “catch” statement if exception occurs,
      • Call the method “printStackTrace()”.
• In a file “FormatDemo.java”, create a class “FormatDemo”,
  • Define the method “main()”,
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “2000”.
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “66”.
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “355”.
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “98000”.
    • Print the output.
    • Print the expected output.
