Summary Introduction

Case summary: A person KW was irked by a few police officers owing to an arrest case. KW posted on his Facebook page urging the religious followers to kill the police officers’ entire bloodlines. Later on, he threatened the people by adding a post to commit massacre by walking in and killing everybody.

T o explain: The reasonability of the person KW’s post on social media as a true threat, and the use of the posts by the law enforcement agency.
