Status of the model that has been developed:

Junior member of data mining team may first inform to the boss about the misgivings of the model.  Some of the points might of discussed are as follows:

• Discus about the quality of the model and some other background factors which make the model ungrounded.
• Tell about the drawbacks of the model.
• The boss can agree with the strategy which you have presented to him.

Taking the scenario to the higher organization:

“Yes”, if the boss disagrees, he may take the discussion to the higher official. He should first elaborately discuss the situation to the higher official. But the higher official may proceed giving the comments only after undergoing the careful questioning of the situation and motives.
