Part 1: Mission Statement St. Mary’s Health Center provides low-cost health-screening tools, promote healthy activities in its patrons, and offers low cost-efficient programs like exercise and support groups to encourage positive lifestyles. Vision Statement St. Mary’s Health Center aims to provide cost effective healthcare for patients while creating a healthy environment. St. Mary’s is dedicated to promoting healthier lifestyle choices for real wellness. St. Mary’s will be recognized as one of the best in our community and top leaders in the industry towards affordable and preventative care. Data Element Some data elements that should be collected to identify which patients would benefit from this program are family, nutrition, diet, and family. Family history is important because it can help identify individuals with a genetic link and a higher change of having common disorders. Lifestyle choices are closely related to diet planning. Employees Roles and Qualifications Hiring two new employees would greatly benefit St. Mary’s Regional Health Center’s program strategies. The first employee would be hired as a financial advisor. This person would provide consulting and advice, and help reduce expense costs, eliminate debt, and corporate low-cost development projects to help generate more revenue. Specific requirements that the financial advisor needs to obtain is a bachelor’s degree in finance and a certification in financial planner or a charted financial analyst. The second employee would be employed as a nutritionist. A nutritionist would help evaluate patients’ dietary requirements, recommendations for exercise,
