Emotional & Cultural Intelligence
A. Core Values
My core values are respect, self-awareness, honesty, and loyalty. These core values are fundamental in my life for various reasons. Concerning this, it is hard to achieve anything when you are untrustworthy and dishonest, especially in the business world, where you project undesirable traits that would lead to collapse. Loyalty is a unique and personally meaningful trait
that can be projected in various forms. In this case, I embrace this trait by enhancing loyalty to what I believe and everyone I trust so they can also be loyal to me. A loyal employee and friend are not common; hence they are irreplaceable. Self-awareness is very crucial in life since, as a person, you need to be aware of both your actions and words, and when you are wrong, you are very ready to correct while learning from them, which makes the trait important. Respect is one of the essential core values since, as an individual, if you lack respect, nothing or nobody will respect you. For instance, in complicated situations, such as parting ways with an employee, if you approach them or approach the situation with respect, it will turn out to be better and more favorable than expected (Emotional and Cultural Intelligence, 2020).
B. Compare Values
Alliah Company’s and my core values do not align. This is because they does not project trait of respecting their fellow employees or their personality. This is evident in their companies' mission statement, which states the best and brightest talent in the technology industry
(Emotional and Cultural Intelligence, 2020). However, Human Resources, on the other hand, has
advised the company on the importance of understanding employee values concerning labor and ideas since their different capabilities can promote production. Another reason the company's
3
core values des do not intertwine with my values is that they need to gain self-awareness. Human
Resources must bring the issues to their attention accompanied by a handful of evidence (Emotional and Cultural Intelligence, 2020). Concerning this, if Alliah's Company hinder or listens to human resource advice, they can be characterized by honesty and loyalty core values.
C1. Explanation of Improvements
Alliah's Company leadership, in this case, will improve their cultural intelligence through
working with a group of diverse stakeholders in multiple ways. First, being in a more diverse group will enhance more diverse ideas and opinions, accelerating the company's production. Stakeholders' diverse group engagement brings better strategies that align with the customer base, which promotes profitability. It will also make the customers feel represented since they feel a cohesive and integrated environment characterizes the atmosphere.
C2. Explanation of Potential Challenges
Challenges in most cases arise when integrated diversity is characterized by set values and an established group (Emotional and Cultural Intelligence, 2020). The most common challenge biases in a group when it is time to discuss and accept new opportunities and ideas due
to a new diverse group. However, navigating this sometimes can be either easy or tricky. Concerning this, the best way to overcome this challenge is listening and being empathetic when handling stakeholders, especially those who had previously been part of the group; on the other hand, being empathetic and inclusive to new stakeholders when they present their idea. It is also essential to leverage older group members by explaining what is needed concerning companies' growth through being optimistic in diversity work.

how to respond to this in 100 words?
A stability strategy is a corporate strategy that focuses on maintaining the current business operations and staying consistent with existing products, markets, and business processes (Parnell, 2017). This strategy aims to avoid major changes and risks, and instead, focuses on optimizing efficiency and profitability within the current business model (Wang et al., 2020). There are many reasons why an organization may choose to adopt a stability strategy, as this strategy is usually adopted when a company operates in a stable industry with limited growth opportunities and has achieved a dominant market position (Parnell, 2017). Oftentimes, stability strategies are employed during times of uncertainty or economic downturn, making core business and resource conservation a priority (Wang et al., 2020). Although stability strategies appear to be less dynamic and aggressive in comparison to growth or innovation-focused strategies, stability strategies can,…

It is important to understand that for a business to succeed, being motivated and hardworking does not guarantee a good positive outcome for the company. There are other key factors that have to be in place in order to put the company on a path for success. These factors include effective planning and decision-making with a systematic approach that considers the available information, the goals and objectives of the organization, and the potential outcomes of different decisions.
One of the companies I admire the most today is Apple. I because of how it started and all the changes they had to go through to become the company they are today. In this discussion forum we further explore the topic of rational actor paradigm, which asserts that individual managers respond rationally to their performance incentives. What if the incentive plan is misaligned with overall business objectives of the firm? The rational actor framework posits that the process will not produce desired outcomes because employees will respond rationally to the misaligned incentive structure. You are asked to apply this thought to sales personnel and the sales commission plans.
Commission based compensation plans relies relatively more heavily on sales revenue and less on a base salary, while target-based compensation plans balance base salary alongside sales commissions. Consider the decision by management in selecting the right plan for their sales team. What if the company is in a “mature market” with longer sales cycles, unequal geographic potential, and sales is more of a team effort? In contrast, what if the company operates in a “high-growth…
