In this market research I am conducting the research on Mutiara Malaysian Restaurant. My main focus for this research is on increase in sales of Mutiara Malaysian Restaurant and the customer satisfaction level. For conducting this research I am going to conduct a survey by giving a questionnaire to the customers coming to Mutiara Malaysian Restaurant for having their meal. In this research I am going to feature all the parts of Mutiara Malaysian restaurant and will check which part is most likely and unlikely among the customers coming to Mutiara Malaysian restaurant. I am going to conduct this research to find the competitors of the restaurant in market and the ways to make Mutiara Malaysian restaurant better than other Malaysian restaurants. As we know that the main success feature of restaurants are the costumers who are visiting restaurants for having meal. The customers help to increase the sales of restaurant and to build a positive image in the market and to check the demand of Malaysian food in the society. To this end the main objective of this research is to know the general performance stands of this restaurant with keen concern on the numerous variables that revolves around the profitability of the restaurant. The most important purpose of the study is to explicitly understand the general perception of the performance of the Remington’s restaurant, to put to light the real gist of understanding the research methodology that has been used by Remington’s restaurant, and lastly to know the overall satisfaction that various customers derive from the experience they get from this restaurant. Kudler Fine Foods has planned on contracting with local growers to obtain their produce and now they want to add a catering service. Before they can do so, they must run the possibility fully through a marketing standpoint in order to assure the success of this project. Once I stepped inside the restaurant I automatically could hear the music playing at a moderate level and the laughter of the customers. Right off the back the restaurant's ambiance had a positive vibe. Mindful, it was a Saturday late afternoon. Mary Jane Burger and Brew is a local restaurant trying to stay true to its past. The granddaughter of the original owner now runs the place with the intention of serving good quality food where the ingredients are fresh, mouth watering, and surely not filled with antibiotics and all that other genetically modified elements found in processed foods. The vintage, rustic looking place, holds a small town atmosphere with a big taste.
