It is imperative that people who work in a highly stressful job or people who live in highly stressful environments learn some simple relaxation techniques in order to manage the stress in their lives. Have you found yourself overcome by stress in your life? Well there are things that you can do extraneously to relieve stress one is a hobby, others are exercise routines, become apart of self help groups or see a therapist. All of the aforementioned things can help a person take control of their life. The first course of action is to identify the causes of stress before a person can successfully learn to manage the stress that maybe consuming their every thought and being. b. Do you make the stress in your life something that is happening because of a stressful job situation or because your home life is stressful and that, that is the why you have so much nervous energy.

c. Do you blame your stress on other people or outside events, or simply consider it as normal or unexceptional?

Until a person can honestly identify the stress in their life it will be almost impossible for them to take control of the stress in their lives. After an individual identifies their stressors they should write them down so that they will be able to develop ways to control of the negative vibes that continue to stress them out.

Now that a person has identified and recorded the things or people that introduce stress into their life, it is important to develop survival skills that will help them navigate their daily life activities in such a way to avoid those stressful situations. To be successful at reducing stress levels they must learn to take charge of their life by remaining focused on their ultimate goal which is to reduce stress in every aspects of their life. They must take control of their environment by avoiding the pitfalls that tend to take them off course. This may mean that they must sever ties with people that make them uncomfortable or that tend to trigger negative thoughts and ideas that leave them
