This was done to give a feel of my project which was allocated. The project that is allocated is CATCHMENT ANALYSIS which includes analysis of the area around where the stores are situated in Mumbai known as the immediate catchment (where the store is situated), extended catchment (the places from where people come outside the chosen radius of the store). This also helps in analyzing E-Zone through many parameters: 1) Customer Inflow- How many Customers visit the store at different time zones and days throughout the week 2) Salesman- Customer Ratio- How many Customers can be attended to by one person in a day. 3) Rewards- How many customers use the reward system provided to the customers 4) Competition- where does E-zone stand in the very competitive retail electronics and home appliances market. The area allocated for the next week is THANE. WEEK 2 Week 2 began with an analysis of previous catchment analysis done so as to know how to go about it. I was instructed by my guide with a checklist so as to know how to go about it. After the analysis I had visited the store in thane which is situated at Viviana mall. Viviana mall is one of the high market malls of Thane which has stores like Starbucks, Hamleys, Clarks, Shoppers Stop, etc. once the store was analyzed

The district manager will be responsible for collecting customer surveys from the store manager every month. The store managers will be responsible for scheduling the tax preparers on a weekly basis.
This will help to ensure how successful they will be and give them a market plan when it comes to what type of products and services they will offer at each new location. Researching customers in all the projected new locations will give them an idea of what they will have in each store according to the areas shoppers like and dislike and how willing they are to try something new.
