After an organization fully understands the factors of ethical leadership, then they are closer to building a workplace based on ethical factors. Once understanding is done, coming up with a vision for the organization is important. The vision that is set is the goal and purpose for the specific organization. It helps with the guidelines for reaching success and conducting proper matters. The vision of an organization should set leaders and followers down the same path, as well as influence and motivate employees and customers. By possessing strong visions and values within an organization, relationships between leaders and employees improve because of the increase in communication resulting in a growth of the team. Certain factors can be introduced into an organization for improving the vision and values for the team as whole by good communication skills, honest and passionate leader, and an environment built on strong ethics and values .(Bellingham, 2003, p.82).
The more psychology looks at the topic of ethical leadership and analysis it, the more difficult it has been for individuals to argue against the mythology of it. It is nearly impossible for one to believe that organizations that are run by ethical leadership do not contain some form of unethical activity ranging from an employee stealing a stapler to committing a serious fraud. Ethical leadership varies due to how ethics is based off personal beliefs which can be different from one culture to another making it a perspective that is diverse in theory. For insistence, looking at the example given earlier about an employee taking home a stapler for some this can be considered as stealing where it is seen as unethical, but for others they might say that there is no harm being done.
