The company’s values include hard work, honesty with their clients, integrity, and creativeness with all of the projects they are presented with. Many members of the staff are native to Cincinnati and would be very easy to relate to when working together on a project that involves locating the best place to build the newest project. I am a self-motivated worker who likes to form close relationships with clients as well as other staff members, which will allow me an opportunity to enhance my skills and learn new ways to complete tasks. The creative aspect will allow me to show my personal designs and contribute to projects and work side by side with some of the best architects in the midwest which will only improve my skills, giving me a better chance at obtaining a higher position in the company. I would like to work at KZF Design so I can represent the company in a positive way and truly work towards designing a better
With all organizations there is always leadership involved. Leadership is held at many different levels throughout the USO. There are the members at the headquarters level and then there are members at the individual USO locations around the world (as noted before, not all USO locations have staff; some areas are much too dangerous for this). We will start at the headquarters level and then work our way to a personal level from my end. The CEO and President of the United Service Organizations is Dr. J.D. Crouch II. Dr. Crouch II is the 23rd President and CEO and was elected by the USO Board of Governors and took the position effective July 28, 2014. Dr. Crouch II has a long list of expertise and knowledge to back him and a lot of his work dealt with the military. Some of which he was the U.S. Ambassador to Romania in 2004-2005. (USO)

From all my research, the collaborative nature of the work at KPMG could be an incredible way to learn and prepare for my future professional career. I will bring my strengths as a natural leader and ease at working with and teams. Throughout my life, I have held leadership positions in most every activity in which I participated. Prior to starting college, I displayed my leadership donning the captain’s “C” on nearly every ice hockey team that I played for; from my first travel pee wee team through my years I captained Gonzaga College High School’s Hockey team in my junior and senior years winning back-to-back league championships, including Gonzaga’s only undefeated season in school history during my senior

I want a change of pace and I am not ready to settle down at an architecture firm that is mindlessly constructing William Sonoma’s or Casco’s (sorry Dad). I have developed a set of skills through architecture school that allows me to problem solve under pressure (with very little sleep) and communicate my ideas clearly and concise, while staying organized. I do not have experience as a personal assistant, yet I am highly motivated and confident in my skill set.
