With all organizations there is always leadership involved. Leadership is held at many different levels throughout the USO. There are the members at the headquarters level and then there are members at the individual USO locations around the world (as noted before, not all USO locations have staff; some areas are much too dangerous for this). We will start at the headquarters level and then work our way to a personal level from my end. The CEO and President of the United Service Organizations is Dr. J.D. Crouch II. Dr. Crouch II is the 23rd President and CEO and was elected by the USO Board of Governors and took the position effective July 28, 2014. Dr. Crouch II has a long list of expertise and knowledge to back him and a lot of his work dealt with the military. Some of which he was the U.S. Ambassador to Romania in 2004-2005. (USO)
