An Agent (Marisela) needs to create a GreenSheet. She will log into her mykw website by clicking on her internet explorer (Chrome) and typing in mykw.kw.com. This will give her access to her Keller Williams intranet. She enters her username, password, and clicks okay. Once she completes this, she is in her Keller Williams website. On the top of the screen, Marisela will move her mouse to Technology and it will automatically have prompts. She will scroll down and click on GreenSheet. KW Greensheet will appear with a ribbon that includes: Dashboard, Create a Greensheet, and Find a Greensheet. Marisela will click on Create a Greensheet.
She will now create her Greensheet, by the following questions that are given to her; for example, Are you the listing Agent. A dropdown box is on the right side of the question, she will click on the bottom arrow to answer either Yes, I am or No, I’m not. Marisela is the listing agent, so she will click yes. Marisela submits her Greensheet and loads her additional paperwork into Dotloop. Assistant Market Center Administrator, Maelin, will print every Greensheet (with green paper) that has been submitted that day. Maelin enters it in WinMORE, update all DA#, address, date, buyer, seller, listing cost, etc. Director of First Impressions writes the address on the spine of the Greensheet. Compliance officer pre-checks all documents in Dotloop reviewing all signatures that are needed: Broker, Client, Buyer, and Seller. Then the Compliance Officer distributes the correct paperwork to the designated Broker. Brokers check listing and contract for compliance. If the paperwork isn’t correct it will be returned to the agent to review with notes. If it is correct the Broker will return the Greensheet and will be filed in the contact

When you have to grade them manually you have to count up all the problems the student missed and then you have to go back and record the grade in the gradebook.

From now on the attached files are read only for the students until he un-submits it or the teacher gives it back. After a student submitted his or her work the teacher will see that (he will also see if it has been handed in late) and is now able to mark it. After marking he can select the grade and then give the work back to the student.
