Program plan:

• Declare the header files.
• Create a class “creditCard”,
  • Declare the public access modifier.
    • Declare the constructor.
    • Define the accessor method “getNumber()” to return the number.
    • Define the getter method “getName()” to return the name.
    • Define the getter method “getLimit()” to return the limit.
    • Define the getter method “chargeIt()” to calculate the charge for the late payment on the credit card.
      • Check whether the due month is greater than the present month,
        • If it is true, check whether the present date is greater than the due date,
        • • If it is true, update the balance.
        • Otherwise, update the balance with other formula.

    • Declare the method “makePayment()”.
    • Declare the public access modifier.
    • Declare the necessary variables.
