This thus helps the organization to work in the direction of achieving organizational goals. Organizational structure plays an important role or it plays a key role in the overall functioning of an organization.
The effectiveness of the organizational structure thus determines the effectiveness and the efficiency of the employees of the organization when they are well aware of their responsibilities and relationship structure in an organization.
