Introduction:
DNA polymerase refers to the enzymes which synthesize the molecules of DNA from deoxyribonucleotides. Polymerase enzymes are necessary for the replication of DNA and generally work in pairs in order to make two copies of DNA strands from one single original molecule of DNA.
