We know that in general:

For one proportion, there is one-sample z test. But for two proportions there is two-sample z test. In the same way, for one mean there is one sample t test and for two means there is two sample t test or interval or paired t test or interval.

Use a test if you want to test the difference, equality, increase or decrease. Use an interval if you want to estimate an interval in which the true value lies.

In this question we want a two sample z test for a difference in proportions because we are interested in the estimate of the difference of the two proportions. Thus, option (e) is correct option.
