Concept introduction:

The molecular orbital theory provides an explanation of chemical bonding that predicts the arrangement of elements in molecules and also creates bonding and anti-bonding interactions based on which orbitals are filled.

Valence bond theory provides an explanation of chemical bonding that predicts bond formation in two atoms occurring due to the overlap of half-filled atomic orbitals.

I already answered the first part which was satisfying the balances filling in the double and triple bonds as well as the unshared electron pairs, as you can see in the second picture I have written those answers and pin.
