It is the ability to bounce back from adversity, learn from experiences, and adapt to changing circumstances. Resilient individuals view obstacles not as insurmountable barriers, but as opportunities for growth and development. Developing resilience involves cultivating a positive mindset, fostering strong social connections, and honing problem-solving skills. Embracing failure as a stepping stone to success is a hallmark of resilience, as it encourages individuals to persevere in the face of difficulties rather than succumbing to defeat.
