To explain: The transfer of energy to matter from
Answer to Problem 3R
Energy transfers in electromagnetic waves through the vibrations of electric field and magnetic field.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Wave is the repetition movement in which energy is transferred through space or matter. It consists of mutually induced magnetic field and oscillating electricity. This is known as electromagnetic waves.
In electromagnetic charge, the force is exerted on the charged particles and the magnetic parts by the electric and magnetic fields, respectively due to which energy is caused. Thus, the energy is transferred to matter as the charged particles freely move within the objects.
Conclusion:
An electromagnetic wave can transfer energy through the matter or the across space.
