Introduction:

The changing electric field around a charge creates a changing magnetic field. Similarly, the changing magnetic field around a charge creates a changing electric field. Due to continuous change in the electric and magnetic field, electromagnetic waves are produced.

Ultraviolet rays help in purification purposes, forensic studies, and research and provide vitamin D to us.

But excess does of ultraviolet rays can cause skin cancer, rashes, damage DNA, and proteins.
