Introduction:
United Parcel Service is one of the largest delivery companies in the world which transports near around 15 million and documents to around 215 countries of the world. It employs 99000 plus drivers and has successfully met the Human Resource challenge of hiring and training.

It was observed that the young drivers were as smart as the other drivers but the techniques used to educate driving to the new drivers were outdated. This attributed to its nearly 30 percent of the workforce and in order to cater to their interest the company opened the training facility named Integrad.
