Introduction:
The Human Resource Manager of any organization has the roles and functions to perform that deals with safeguarding the interest of the employees in the organization. Further, they are also useful in protecting the organization from the legal complexities and problems as and when they arise. However with times, the assertions that the function of the Human Resource Management has outlived its usefulness comes in the wake of the fact that it gives rise to the role of the HRM unit in an organization is to as a Strategic Partner, as an Administrative Expert, as an employee advocate and as a change agent.
