Textbook Problem

The following questions are based on a Human Resources Capability Model developed by the Australian Public Service (APS) Commission for HR managers who work in government agencies. People who work with HR managers complete a 72-item questionnaire assessing a range of expectations for each manager. The results are given to the person, who then works to improve a low score. These questions give a glimpse of the expectations for APS HR managers. Please think about how strongly you are attracted to each of the requirements based on the following rating system:
