Mortgage Payment
Design a class that will determine the monthly payment on a home mortgage. The monthly payment with interest compounded monthly can he calculated as follows:
Where
Payment = the monthly payment
Loan = the dollar amount of the loan
Rate = the annual interest rate
Years = the number of years of the loan
The class should have member functions for setting the loan amount, interest rate, and number of years of the loan. It should also have member functions for returning the monthly payment amount and the total amount paid to the bank at the end of the loan period. Implement the class in a complete
Input Validation: Do not accept negative numbers for any of the loan values.

- Problem: Employee and ProductionWorker Classes Write a python class named ProductionWorker that is a subclass of the Employee class. The ProductionWorker class should keep data attributes for the following information: • Shift number (an integer, such as 1, 2, or 3)• Hourly pay rateThe workday is divided into two shifts: day and night. The shift attribute will hold an integer value representing the shift that the employee works. The day shift is shift 1 and the night shift is shift 2. Write the appropriate accessor and mutator methods for this class. Once you have written the class, write a program that creates an object of the ProductionWorker class, and prompts the user to enter data for each of the object’s data attributes. Store the data in the object, then use the object’s accessor methods to retrieve it and display it on the screen Note: The program should be written in python. The class should also provide the followingoverloaded operator capabilities:a) Overload the addition operator (+) to add two Polynomials.b) Overload the subtraction operator (-) to subtract two Polynomials.c) Overload the assignment operator to assign one Polynomial to another.d) Overload the multiplication operator (*) to multiply two Polynomials.e) Overload the addition assignment operator (+=), subtraction assignment operator (-=),and multiplication assignment operator (*=).arrow_forwardOZ PROGRAMMING LANGAUGE Write a class that specify the characteristics of a car, like type (sedan, jeep, mini, SUV, etc), gear (auto, manual), maximum speed (mph), average fuel consumption (mpg), etc. Create few objects to illustrate your desired cars.arrow_forward
