Once an individual has applied for a job, the employer will screen all the applicant's application and screen down a few applicants whose applications best suit the rules and expectations of the company. Such individuals will be called out for a screening or a job interview. This interview will usually either be a face to face meeting with the employee in real or an electronic virtual setting where the employer and employee will meet.
