Given information :

For counter-clockwise rotation of point O through ${50}^o$ represent as $R_{0,50}$ .

Concept used:

A rotation is a transformation suggested by rotating a paddle wheel. When wheel stops, new position of a paddle referred as the image of initial position.

As per the given problem

For counter-clockwise rotation of point O through ${50}^o$ represent as $R_{0,50}$ .

  

Because rotation for one whole circle is rotation for 360°. So, instead rotation of 50° counter-clockwise, we can use rotation of 310° clockwise.

  $\Rightarrow R_{0,50}=R_{0,50-360}=R_{0,-310}$
