Why is there a need to be properly groomed in a workplace?
What are the benefits if you are a well-presentable employee in your workplace? Illustrate and elaborate on your answer.
Is being a well-mannered employee a good indication to your clients and to your company's reputation? Explain your answer deeply.
Think of a time when you have felt uncomfortable or excluded or targeted because of your
biographical and demographic status (e.g. race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability status, religion or
any other characteristics). Ideally, situations at work should be used, but if no work situations come
to mind at all, any situation will work.
3) Write about your feelings and briefly describe the situation on the basis of
biographical characteristics, what precipitated the event, how did you feel at the time,
how did you react, and how the other party could have made the situation better?
4. Select a Bangladeshi organization and define its organizational culture in light
of Schein's ONION model and discuss it briefly. Decide whether the selected
organization practices strong or weak culture with the theoretical rationale.
