Introduction:

Eukaryotic cell division is divided into mitotic phase and interphase. Interphase is again divided into G1, S, and G2 phase. At the beginning of G1 phase the cell is smallest in size after that it becomes larger and gets ready for DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) duplication.
