Explanation of Solution

We have capacitance $C=\frac{Q}{V}=K{\epsilon }_0\frac{A}{d}$

Let us consider $C=K{\epsilon }_0\frac{A}{d}$, the value of capacitance changes with change in size distance and dielectric.

When we consider $C=\frac{Q}{V}$, the value of capacitance does not change with Q and V value. But capacitance value changes depend on the size and position of the two conductors, as well as on the dielectric constant K.
